I gained a B.A hons degree in Fine-art from the Leicester School of Art and have been working professionally as a painter ever since that time.
Living in a small Hampshire village, surrounded by beautiful countryside I find endless sources of inspiration around me.
I love the sea and boats and have recently been painting down at the Solent.
I paint mainly in acrylics as their faster drying time allows me to work quickly building layers and glazes.
My work mainly springs from a joyful response to the world around me.
